PredictX is delighted to start 2020 off by welcoming a new addition to their team in North America. Maria Chevalier will join PredictX as Executive Vice President of Customer Success.
Maria brings thirty years of experience in the travel industry where she has executive experience within all aspects of the travel ecosystem. Moving from her most recent role as Executive Director of Business Travel Sales for Hilton Worldwide, she has worked as GVP of Corporate Incubation for Travelport, VP of Hotel Relations/Consulting for BCD Travel and COO of The Travel Desk.
In addition to this, she brings a wealth of experience as a business travel buyer – serving as Global Director of Travel & Meeting Services for Johnson & Johnson and HP – both programmes with an annual T&E spend of over $1 billion. As the BTN Group’s 2010 Business Travel Manager of the Year, Maria has always been ahead of her time in her adoption of data and analytics tools to improve travel programmes and the customer experience.
Maria will bring her proven ability in creating commercial success along with a deep understanding of the challenges the business travel buyer faces in today’s market.
PredictX CEO Keesup Choe believes Maria will be a great asset in maximising the value of the PredictX solution for customers:
“For the past couple of years, a main goal for PredictX has been to work with our customers as partners and empower them with disruptive technology with which they can make significant and measurable improvements to their programmes. With Maria, our clients will have a colleague who understands their challenges and will help them to leverage the PredictX Platform to solve their strategic challenges today and in the future.” said Keesup.
Maria is looking forward to her new role. She said:
“I know the transformative power of the right kind of data analytics and believe that, especially in the 2020s, the value and influence of analytics will become pervasive. I have always utilized strong data/BI strategies with all of my roles as one of my critical factors of success. This is the ideal role for me as it combines my passion and expertise in business intelligence or data together with my travel industry knowledge for the best-in-class company.”
