PredictX welcomes Maria Chevalier as Executive Vice President of Customer Success

PredictX is delighted to start 2020 off by welcoming a new addition to their team in North America. Maria Chevalier will join PredictX as Executive Vice President of Customer Success.

Maria brings thirty years of experience in the travel industry where she has executive experience within all aspects of the travel ecosystem. Moving from her most recent role as Executive Director of Business Travel Sales for Hilton Worldwide, she has worked as GVP of Corporate Incubation for Travelport, VP of Hotel Relations/Consulting for BCD Travel and COO of The Travel Desk.

In addition to this, she brings a wealth of experience as a business travel buyer – serving as Global Director of Travel & Meeting Services for Johnson & Johnson and HP – both programmes with an annual T&E spend of over $1 billion. As the BTN Group’s 2010 Business Travel Manager of the Year, Maria has always been ahead of her time in her adoption of data and analytics tools to improve travel programmes and the customer experience.

Maria will bring her proven ability in creating commercial success along with a deep understanding of the challenges the business travel buyer faces in today’s market.

PredictX CEO Keesup Choe believes Maria will be a great asset in maximising the value of the PredictX solution for customers:
