Pi recently received confirmation that its application to supply services through the G-Cloud 8 framework on the Digital Marketplace has been accepted. The Digital Marketplace was developed for all public sector organisations to search for suppliers and other resources for their digital projects, including cloud technology and support, data centre space for legacy systems and digital experts. The aim of the framework is to make the purchase of services faster and cheaper than entering into individual procurement contracts.Under our previous G-Cloud 6 agreement, Pi Ltd supplied a range of analytics services including those for Vanguards and the Better Care Fund, together with other components such as predictive and matched cohort analytics.
G-Cloud 6 has just been retired however, and public sector organisations will need to go to G-Cloud 7 or G-Cloud 8 to procure their products and services.
The Pi team is very pleased to been accepted onto G-Cloud 8 as it represents an acknowledgement of both the ongoing value of our services to the public sector, and demonstrates that our solutions are both beneficial and cost effective.
Our continued presence on G-Cloud 8 will also make the procurement process quicker and easier for our customers, allowing projects to be up and running in a much shorter space of time. Four of Pi’s new contracts have been awarded through G-Cloud so far this year, demonstrating its worth for customers as well as suppliers.
